Grain Drying

The Mixed-Flow Grain Dryer is the only dryer on the market that combines the even drying and superior grain quality of a mixed-flow system with the fuel-saving vacuum-cooling technology of a tower dryer.
This patented design delivers high test-weight grain while using less fuel per bushel dried, reducing operating costs. With no screens to clog or clean, even in cool or damp weather, this ensures reliable performance and lower maintenance, maximizing both efficiency and uptime during harvest.
The Cross Flow Dryers are designed for full-heat application, discharging hot grain that’ s gradually cooled in the bin over several days. This process reduces both dryer size and cost while protecting grain quality. As heat moves from the center outward, the grain closest to the heat dries first. Sukup’ s quad metering rolls accelerate that, allowing for more even drying and ensuring uniform results.
