GRAIN HANDLING | Product Spotlight per hour at 70 pounds per cubic foot. Designed for operations requiring dependable throughput, the system can reach a maximum discharge height of 132 feet.
The elevator’ s construction prioritizes durability, featuring welded trunking with reinforced inspection ports for easier maintenance access. Trunking can be configured in 10-, 12- or 14-gauge steel, with available finishes in painted, sheet metal galvanized or hot-dipped galvanized to resist corrosion. Belting is static-conductive, oil- and flame-resistant and remains flexible in cold weather.
Vented polyethylene buckets improve discharge efficiency, while precision-machined head and boot shafts ensure reliable alignment. Jacking bolts come standard on larger units to simplify installation. Safety and service access are addressed with galvanized ladders, cages and pre-welded service platforms and trunking ports can be repositioned to meet a variety of operational layouts.

34-14 Bucket Elevator
8-Inch Portable Conveyor
Designed for gentle handling of seed and grain, the Unverferth 8-inch portable conveyor prioritizes belt capacity over speed to reduce crop damage during transfer. Its 12-inchwide, 5-ply rubber belt includes offset rows of cupped cleats inside an 8-inch tube, moving up to 35 bushels per minute, or roughly 2,040 bushels per hour.
Available in lengths of 21, 30 or 35 feet, the conveyor is mounted on a heavy-duty tubular steel frame with a powdercoat finish for corrosion resistance. An 8-foot-wide base and implement tires add stability both in transport and when operating at higher angles. The working height is adjusted using a friction-disc winch.
The conveyor is suited for use with gravity boxes, planters and other seed-handling equipment where efficient, damageminimizing transfer is a priority. The cleated belt design also improves material flow compared to conventional flat belts, especially for high-volume or lightweight seed.

The Honeyville 34-14 bucket elevator is part of a line of galvanized grain handling systems built with durability and ease of maintenance in mind. With a standard capacity range of 1,350 to 1,550 bushels per hour, this model uses 6-inch by 4-inch buckets and operates within a 1.5- to 7.5-horsepower range.
Like other Honeyville models, the 34-14 is constructed from heavy-gauge, galvanized steel and features jig-welded twin-box trunking for alignment and vertical strength. Access panels along the trunk and a“ no tool” access door simplify maintenance. The head section includes a crowned pulley with non-slip lagging and hinged covers for internal access.
A high-strength PVC belt comes pre-punched for easier bucket mounting, and steel buckets are optional. The boot design includes adjustable take-ups and clean-out gates on both sides. An optional ladder and safety cage are available for all models to support safe system inspection.

300 Bucket Elevator
The 300 model bucket elevator from MMCTech is engineered for efficient vertical transport in agricultural and industrial settings, with a capacity of 32.4 cubic meters per hour. Designed to move a range of materials— including grain, seed and powders— the system operates at 63 rpm with a 2.2-kilowatt motor and standard 380-volt power, with optional configurations for 220 or 440 volts.
The elevator features a bucket width of 300 millimeters, with three buckets per meter of belt made from either plastic, carbon steel or chrome material. Belts are available in PVC or rubber to match specific handling needs. The unit’ s design can incorporate carbon steel, stainless steel or galvanized finishes for corrosion resistance.
With compact dimensions, the Model 300 is suited for integration into existing lines. Its enclosed frame, cleanout doors and inspection windows support safe operation and routine maintenance.
