Van Well Grates
Van Well Grates addresses the issue of foreign material blocking Continental Control Systems( CCS) meters and seed tube lines. They catch seed treatment clumps, conveyor belt pieces, hardware, rocks and other debris before they enter the meter, preventing line plugs and ensuring smoother planting operations.
Designed for John Deere CCS Planters and Air Seeders, Van Well Grates are easy to install without requiring any drilling. Two models are available for planters: one for 1700 & DB CCS tanks and another for smaller 35-bushel tanks. For 90 Series CCS Air Seeders, there are two options to fit 100-bushel and 70-bushel tanks, providing versatility for various equipment setups.
Each kit includes four grates to cover both hoppers or meters, along with a specialized tool for easy grate installation and retrieval. With their thoughtful design and practical features, Van Well Grates enhance planter performance, reduce downtime and address common planting season frustrations.

Coyote Gauge Arm
The Coyote Gauge Arm is a solution designed for durability and precision. Developed by Coyote Machining, the new gauge arm is built heavier to withstand demanding conditions while providing enhanced performance and longevity.
A key feature is its ability to prevent true V hub loss by ensuring the wheel doesn’ t drop too far. The arm is also designed to accommodate clamp-on accessories, offering flexibility for various applications. Equipped with a double and single bearing system, the arm features three rows of bearings for increased reliability.
Each gauge arm comes complete with a wear plate, hardware and a shim kit for easy installation and adjustments. Gauge Arms for Kinze, White, Agco and Great Plains Planters will be available soon.

Devloo Roto Mud Scrapers
The Roto Mud Scrapers help farmers achieve consistent seed depth across entire fields without altering packer pressure. By keeping packer wheels clean, they enable earlier starts, longer working hours and quicker returns to the field after rain. Furrow Brow
The Furrow Brow is designed to maintain accurate planting depth by minimizing soil buildup on gauge wheels. Unlike traditional scrapers, it does not touch the wheel, ensuring no wear or friction, and requires no adjustments once properly installed. Positioned between the pivot arm bolt and the wheel, it remains centered, maintaining a consistent distance throughout the wheel’ s motion.
Rather than removing all dirt, this equipment targets larger soil clumps that could disrupt planting depth, ensuring effective performance without unnecessary interference. In ideal soil conditions, it remains inactive, allowing the wheel to operate as intended without added resistance.
