Pickup & Removal: Purchases must be removed from sale site within 3 weeks of the auction. Any items remaining after 3 weeks of the auction must be removed by appointment only and are subject to a $ 10.00 per day storage fee per lot and callback fees. Please call the RES office to schedule pickup. RES is not responsible for stolen or damaged items. A paid-in-full invoice must be presented before any purchased items can be removed from the RES facility, including those picked up by thirdparty carriers.

Terms: If bidding in-person, a 5 % Buyer’ s Premium will be applied to each purchase. If bidding through RES. bid, a 7 % Buyer’ s Premium will be applied to each purchase. If bidding through Equipment Facts, a 8 % Buyer’ s Premium will be applied to each purchase. A 6.5 % sales tax will be applied to each purchase, unless tax exempt.
