Bale Processors Handle Tough Conditions
New Updates Improve Efficiency and Control
( CUSTOM CONTENT) Fair Manufacturing’ s 7800 series of bale processors has seen design updates meant to improve efficiency and operator control. The 7830-TD model features a design intended to handle dense bales that can stall other processors.
The 7200-LMH is loader-mounted, allowing operators to process bales directly from a stack, reducing the need for additional handling. Both models use high-torque flails with no mechanical power transmission, designed to discharge material directly and minimize plugging issues.
Recent changes to the 7800 series include updates to the slug bar design, which allow operators greater control over material flow and cleanout. Full in-cab controls provide operators the ability to adjust settings without leaving the cab. Optional upgrades include a joystick control system for more precise operation.
The line of processors is designed for a range of conditions, from bedding livestock in winter to processing corn stalks in confined spaces. The updates reflect a broader trend in farm equipment toward improving operator safety and reducing
downtime during harvest and feeding operations. Farm operators can now process bales more efficiently, while handling material in a range of farm and feedlot environments. For more information, visit the company website at www. fairmfg. com.
