Manitou Large-Frame
The new large-frame skid steer offering from Manitou consists of three models- 3250V, 3350V, and 3600V- with rated operating capacities ranging from 3,250 to 3,600 pounds. These machines provide breakout force at the bucket and lift arms, hydraulic power, and consistent auxiliary hydraulic performance for both standardand high-flow attachments, while their smaller footprint allows for easier maneuverability and transport.
Each machine is built with a vertical lift design optimized for loading, as well as lifting and placing palletized materials. Strong cast links built standard into each model also make these well suited in ground-engaging applications and ensure they work well as a strong attachment platform for increased versatility.
The large-frame skid steers feature a 23 % larger sealed cab with pressurization, plus excellent visibility due to the sloped lift arms and roof design. Standard ride control( CRC) provides a smoother ride with less spillage, and operators gain all-day comfort and precision due to the ergonomic pilot controls.
Manitou designed the large-frame skid steers with features that support greater uptime and cost savings for a lower total cost of ownership( TCO). Greasable pins simplify maintenance, and protected hydraulic lines extend the hoses’ lifespan by better resisting damage. The IdealAccess flip-up cab access allows for easy entry and exit of the machine regardless of attachment. All models are“ Manitou Connected Machines,” providing remote access to recent activity, operation codes, controller area network( CAN) data, and service alerts. Operators can download the myManitou mobile app to monitor fuel levels and machine location. They can also set geofences for added control and security and access key documents, such as the operator’ s manual, directly from their mobile device.
