In 1995, in response to market demand for quieter, yet larger capacity tractors, Deutz-Fahr introduced the water-cooled Agrotron Series, which feature highly reliable, fuel-efficient Deutz engines, and are among the most technologically advanced tractors in the world.

Deutz-Fahr tractors have been distributed in North America since the early 1960’ s.

Through a series of mergers and acquisitions, Deutz- Fahr is now majority-owned by SAME Deutz-Fahr Group, the largest privately owned agricultural manufacturer in the world.
