Balers That Bring the Benefits
Built for Tough Jobs and Tougher Loads
Balers and processors can play a vital role in farm operations by effectively managing feed and bedding for livestock. These machines allow farmers to handle large round or square bales, process hay or straw and distribute material consistently across feeding and bedding areas.
Features such as adjustable discharge, flail rotors and variable chambers can provide flexibility to match different bale types and conditions. By streamlining these tasks, balers and processors save labor, reduce waste and ensure livestock receive a steady supply of feed and bedding to support overall herd health and productivity.
7810
504 Pro G4 Intended for producing both silage and dry hay, the Vermeer 504 Pro G4 baler emphasizes versatility and operator control. A camless wide pickup with fewer moving parts reduces routine maintenance, while rubbermounted pickup teeth are built for longer service life.
To support bale density and feed quality, the 17-knife chopping system allows operators to select a cut length tailored to their needs. The baler also features a rear-load netwrap system, with edge-to-edge coverage and adjustable netwrap tension managed from the cab. A split gearbox, available in 540 rpm or 1,000 rpm power takeoff( PTO) options, helps distribute the workload between the pickup and chamber.
Plugged crop flow can be cleared from the cab using the flexible drop floor, designed to ease material into the chamber. The Atlas Pro control system provides real-time monitoring and adjustments across multiple fields, allowing operators to finetune baling performance without leaving the seat.

BP661 Bale Pro
The 7810 Bale Processor, a side-discharge model, is designed to manage feeding and bedding tasks in a range of weather and bale conditions. Operated through individual tractor remotes, the 7810 provides high torque for bale rotation and incorporates a patented rotor design with 5 / 8-inch by 2-inch heavy flails, the largest in the market, that work with stationary knives for a finer cut.
Standard features include hydraulic slug bars for adjusting knife exposure, a hydraulic discharge door for bunk, windrow or bedding applications and an adjustable discharge opening to reduce plugging in wet material. The bale ejection door allows removal of spoiled hay, while large-gap slat spacing helps minimize wear on components.
Parallel-running bars support maintenance by simplifying twine removal and providing easy access points for service. To aid handling in varying field conditions, the processor is equipped with flotation tires.

The BP661 Bale Pro is a chain-and-slat bale processor built with a flail drum design intended to improve feed consistency and equipment durability. The offset flail drum uses flails arranged in a spiral pattern to continuously pull bales for uniform processing, while a stepped shaft machined from a single length of material adds strength and longevity.
The drum is digitally balanced to reduce vibration and extend bearing life. Standard features include rear deflectors, a redesigned screen for improved containment and contoured side shields to better match large bale profiles. The discharge
