BALERS & PROCESSORS | Product Spotlight
door is built with a flat top for easier cleaning, and magnetic curtain retainers are designed to release when obstructed.
A hose holder keeps hydraulic lines accessible and out of mud, while a drive tensioning system helps reduce belt slippage. Adjustable forks with a 67.5-inch length accommodate a range of bale sizes, with indicators to assist positioning.

8300 and efficiency. This model uses a three-chain slat conveyor in a tilted shredder chamber, designed to keep bales positioned for consistent processing regardless of condition, whether wet, frozen or flattened.
Its heavy-duty flails and high-speed rotor operate with an oil bath chain case that reverses the PTO direction, boosting rotor speed by 30 percent. The processor carries two bales at once, with a two-stage loader that lifts each bale separately for smoother operation.
Additional features include a right-hand discharge with an easily adjustable deflector, a rotor access door for inspection and twine removal and adjustable slug bars to control cut length based on material type. With its reinforced frame, wider table and repositioned loader forks, the 2660 is designed for steady output and reliable handling in feeding or bedding applications.

RB456 Premium Round Baler
The 8300 bale processor is designed to handle both round and large square bales. A hydraulically actuated wing allows operators to switch between bale types from the cab, with a standard 8-inch extension on the discharge side for better containment of square bales.
The processor carries two bales at a time and is built with upgraded rollers featuring alternating hoop designs and four rows of paddles to improve traction across bale conditions. The X-Rotor system provides flail travel that reduces fatigue and simplifies twine removal, while delivering high rotor speed for consistent straw spreading. Standard features include a 1,000 rpm driveline with shear-bolt protection, direct-drive bale rollers, hydraulic bale rollers for improved manipulation and a hydraulic deflector for switching between windrowing, bunk feeding or bedding.
Additional updates include an adjustable hose holder, ergonomic controls and flotation tires to improve stability and handling in various field conditions.

Balebuster 2660
Built to handle larger and heavier bales, the Balebuster 2660 features structural and functional updates to increase durability
The RB456 Premium Round Baler from Case IH produces 4-by-5-foot bales with a variable chamber that forms diameters ranging from 36 to 60 inches. Available in multiple configurations, the baler requires 60 horsepower for hay, 65-hp for silage, 85-hp with a rotor feeder and 100-hp with a rotor cutter.
Feeding capacity is supported by an overshot feeder and in-line augers designed for heavy windrows, while a five-bar pickup reel works to sweep crop evenly, including shorter material. The baler’ s net wrap and twine systems allow flexibility, with capacity for six active twine balls and storage for four additional.
Bale formation relies on six rolls and six belts, with reinforced premium belts built for puncture resistance. Other details include spring and hydraulic tensioning, a spring-loaded bale ejector and simplified service access through extended side shields. The machine measures 175 inches long and weighs 6,790 pounds, operating with a 540 rpm PTO drive.
